SHIPPING POLICY
Due to high sales volume order processing, plus shipping can take up to 2 business days.
Satisfaction guaranteed. Please allow up to 2 business days to process your order. Once processed, most orders ship same day if the order is received by 3PM EST. You will receive an order confirmation email first confirming your order. Next you will receive an email with your tracking information.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Lost/Stolen Packages:
When purchasing please make sure your shipping information is correct. If your package is returned due to incorrect shipping address, we are happy to reship for a small fee. We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages. Your package is insured up to a certain amount please contact USPS directly for more information on how to file a claim.
Return policy:
Returns and refunds are not permitted for opened or used products.
Order Cancellation:
We aim to provide 100% satisfaction guaranteed, but we understand things happen. We are happy to review order cancellations on a case-by-case basis. We cannot not accept products that have been tampered with. A restocking fee of $10 per product will be applied and a return label will be provided.
Damaged products:

In your email, please include the following: picture(s) of the damaged goods, a picture of the packing slip receipt, and you name and order number.
